Administrative bodies

The Heritage Fund is managed by a Management Committee composed of well-known specialists from the corporate and heritage sectors as well as private collectors, who oversee the Fund’s operations. This committee clearly identifies priorities, develops an overall long-term strategy and makes sure that financial means are used in function of the agreed objectives. It also aims to optimize the impact of philanthropists’ heritage initiatives.

The Acquisitions Committee advises the Heritage Fund on requests for purchase. It also gives its opinion about donations offered. Its members are specialists from various fields of art history and the art market.

The Control Commission decides where each new acquisition should be located. It oversees the conditions for conserving and presenting our works and encourages promotional initiatives for them. All of the commission’s members have experience in the field of conservation and management of works of art. This commission also makes its expertise available to patrons’ funds.
