The King Baudouin Foundation attaches great importance to privacy and to the confidentiality of your personal data. We scrupulously respect the law of 11 December 1998 on data protection regarding personal data.

We only keep any personal data that you send us via our website or by e-mail in order to serve you better. In other words, any such information is only used internally. We never transmit such data to third parties and we never use your details for the purposes of direct marketing.

Unless you subscribe to our newsletter or wish to be kept up-to-date about our activities, you will never receive any general information from us. If you have registered for an event, if you have ordered a publication or if you have made an application, we may inform you about similar initiatives. However, you may at any time refuse this service.

You can visit our Internet site anonymously. We never collect any individual information about those who visit the website. We do, of course use measurement software to visualize the most frequently visited pages on our website or to know the number of return visitors to the site etc., but such measurement is not made on the basis of individual data. It is anonymous and is used only to improve the content of our website.

The King Baudouin Foundation is responsible for the analysis of all data it collects. You have an on-going right to consult your data, to correct any errors and to remove your data from our database should you wish to do so.
