ADAM [the Brussels Design Museum] is currently showing an exhibition that traces a century of modern design in Belgium. It begins with work typical of the Art Nouveau style, notably Victor Horta’s renowned desk from the King Baudouin Foundation’s collection. Until 7 January 2018.
The Jean Capart Fund was recently created within the King Baudouin Foundation. The Fund aims at protecting and promoting this famous Belgian Egyptologist’s historical heritage.
Thanks to the Léon Courtin-Marcelle Bouché Fund and the Baillet Latour Fund, a series of 17th, 18th, and 19th century paintings have been able to be restored for the museums of Verviers.
