Protecting Film Heritage

2nd of October 2017

The Myriam Garfunkel Fund was created in 1997 as part of the King Baudouin Foundation, in memory of Myriam Garfunkel, a young cinema critic. The purpose of the Fund is to contribute to the protection of cinematographic heritage through the preservation and restoration of old films of historical interest kept at the Cinematek.

The Myriam Garfunkel Fund will be honoured by the Cinematek on 7 October. A mark of gratitude for 20 years of support for the restoration of old films. The evening is open to everyone!
