The Count Thierry de Looz-Corswarem Fund has been able to acquire a rare set of four large silver toiletry boxes. They can now be seen at the Cinquantenaire Museum, Brussels.

The Christian Bauwens Fund has been able to buy 7 pieces of designer jewellery from the mythical collection of Nelly Van den Abbeele. A testimony to post-war Belgian savoir-faire. The jewellery will be spotlighted at the opening of the new DIVA.

The Heritage Fund has acquired the first ever Art Nouveau style bookbinding made in Belgium. The work, by Henry van de Velde, can now be seen by everyone at the Bibliotheca Wittockiana, Brussels.

The work of two important Belgian artists now preserved in Belgium and made accessible, thanks to the unprecedented collaboration of the Wolfers family, the Royal Museums of Art and History and the King Baudouin Foundation!

Several hundred pieces of original artwork and archival documents of the Belgian comic book artist Edgar P Jacobs have been donated to the King Baudouin Foundation. The Foundation’s first task is to draw up an accurate inventory.
